Delivery Coverage
Jolié Quinte offers free standard shipping for orders delivered to local addresses. We also provide international shipping, including to Macau and Mainland China, with shipping fees calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Delivery Timeframes
During peak seasons (including Public Holidays, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas), please allow an additional 2–3 working days for order processing and delivery.
While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays due to courier schedules, customs clearance, or weather conditions may occur. We recommend placing your order early to ensure on-time delivery. Jolié Quinte is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
For deliveries to Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China:

For international deliveries:

Shipping Costs
Hong Kong deliveries: Free of charge.
Other locations: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected courier.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use this number to track the status of your parcel via the courier's website or mobile app.
